Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day after you receive your goods.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us with a clear statement (for example by email to spareparts@walkstool.com) and include your order number.

Returning the goods
After you have notified us, you must return the goods within 14 days. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Refunds
We will refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent them back.

Returns (withdrawal)
To return an item under the right of withdrawal:
1) Email us at spareparts@walkstool.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2) We will provide return instructions and the return address.
3) Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.

Return shipping (withdrawal)
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping when using the right of withdrawal. (If we have agreed to cover the return cost in a specific case, we will inform you in writing.)

Complaints (faulty goods) – Swedish Consumer Sales Act

If your product is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description, you have the right to make a complaint under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.

Time limits

  • You must notify us within a reasonable time after you discovered the defect. A complaint made within two (2) months from when you discovered the defect is always considered to be made in time.
  • You can complain about defects for up to three (3) years from the purchase date. We are responsible for original defects (defects that existed at the time of delivery).

How to make a complaint
1) Email us at spareparts@walkstool.com (include your order number).
2) Describe the problem and attach photos/videos if possible.
3) We will respond with next steps (for example troubleshooting, or return instructions if needed).

Depending on the situation and applicable law, we may offer repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund.

Shipping & delivery policy

Processing time
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time
Estimated delivery time is normally 7 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

Shipping costs
Free shipping. We do not charge for shipping – all shipping costs are included in the product price.

Carriers & tracking
We ship using PostNord. Tracking is provided when available, depending on destination and shipping service. For orders above 500g, tracking is normally included.
